Department of Human Services


The Department of Human Services is designated lead agency for administering Part C under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Within Human Services there are several Divisions that have responsibilities under the Part C Memorandum of Understanding: Mental Health, Child Welfare, Developmental Disabilities and Child Care.
